LANDESIGNS is a landscape design and horticultural consultation company owned and operated by Nancy Diven Campomanes. Nancy has been designing unique and beautiful gardens for over 18 years in the Bay Area. With a strong background in horticulture and design, Nancy designs with an artist’s eye, using plant textures and colors to create a living tapestry in the garden. Each family and each garden is unique, and Nancy’s mission is to create outdoor living spaces that allow their owners to relax and find serenity. Creating beautiful environments that reflect her client’s dreams and wishes, continues to be a joy and inspiration for Nancy.

Nancy is committed to using sustainable and low-maintenance plants that originate from geographic regions sharing similar growing 
conditions as our Mediterranean climate, such as South Africa, Australia, Southern Europe, and California. Water conservation in the garden is a continuing priority, and is accomplished by close attention to planting the right plant in the right place.
Nancy is a professional member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD). She earned a Certificate in Horticulture/Landscape Designfrom Diablo Valley College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Nancy is also an active UCCE Master Gardener in Contra Costa County, and participates in the Landscape Design Assistance Program with the Contra Costa Water District’s “Lawn to Garden Rebate Program”.
