LANDESIGNS offers a full range of landscape design services at an hourly fee which can vary, depending on your project needs.  Our services include, but are not limited to:

Consultation & Garden Coaching

Sometimes a walk around your garden to answer your gardening questions is all that is needed.  Nancy can meet with you on an hourly basis to offer advice on planting updates with a list of recommended plants, improving a section of your garden, or provide pruning instruction and help with ailing plants.  A simple sketch can be provided, if desired.

Full Design

Includes initial consultation, a site analysis and base map, a “Hardscape Concept Plan” drawn to scale with specifications, a “Planting Plan”, “Plant List”, “Plant Portfolio”, and “Maintenance Manual”.

Contractor Referral and Project Management

Nancy can arrange for contractors to install the garden, or you can select your own contractor to do the job.  She will also work with you and the installers to ensure a smooth process throughout the installation.  Nancy will manage your project from start to finish, including handling any unforeseen issues, acting on your behalf to see that the work that is done is up to your standards and expectations, and ensuring the vision of the design is executed the way it was intended.

Maintenance

If desired, Nancy provides quarterly visits to make sure the plants are thriving, the irrigation is working properly, and to address any questions or concerns you might have.  She can also refer you to a quality maintenance service to ensure that your investment in your newly installed landscape is protected.
